Why fixed-price, 3-phase?
Hourly billing creates a conflict of interest — the longer it takes, the more it costs you. I don't think that's fair.
Instead, I scope every project clearly upfront, split it into three phases with defined deliverables, and give you a fixed price. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we begin.
The 3-phase approach (Strategy → Design → Build) means nothing is built without a plan. It protects both of us from scope creep and ensures the final product is exactly what your business needs.
